Platform Admin

The platform-admin section is the operator's view of HiveCast — distinct from the user's account view (/apps/web/#dashboard). Most pages in this section are target state: an admin dashboard suite that reads cross-principal data from system.auth, system.devices, system.runtimes, and the audit pipeline. Today the data exists; the UI does not.
